If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please log in to your account via my scheduling software. You will be able to cancel or change your appointment online until 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. Please do so to avoid being charged the full fee.

Any pre-booking questions can be sent to massage@heatherlocke.com. This email is not to be used for booking, changing, or cancelling appointments.
